Woodhaven Wedding | Timeless, Luxury, Black and White

My heart is bursting over this Woodhaven wedding! I feel so thankful for my clients because it’s a special experience to start as strangers before their engagement session, then turn friends, and then end a wedding feeling like family. I laugh with them, I cry with them, I dance with them, and I celebrate with them. Conor and Kristina had a timeless black and white wedding filled with the kindest people and SO much love all around! It was an 11 hour day that felt like a 6-hour one, because of how FUN and smooth it was!

The Wedding Day

The entire day was absolutely beautiful and I’m still gushing over all of the photos. The bride and groom looked so classic and all of the decor complimented the look of the day. Just keep scrolling and you’ll get to see that Kristina was truly a vision in white! I was obsessed with all of their details!

After their first look, Conor and Kristina also did a first look with their golden retriever, Hershey. I was DEAD at how stinking cute he was in all the photos!! Such a good boy!

One of the most touching moments of the day was to see Kristina’s mother there. She made it to their wedding after a health concern and just a month prior we weren’t sure if she could make it. You can bet there were all of the happy tears all day long! And can we all take a moment to say how stunning she looked too?! I mean, everyone looked SO good!

By the end of the night, my shoulders were definitely tired. Because, little 5’2” me was taking photos with my arms above my head most of the day because everyone was taller than me, especially with Kristina’s basketball friends!!

If I could give any tip, it would be this: keep your wedding classic! Conor and Kristina did such a wonderful job at creating a timeless black and wedding that won’t go out of style.
