Minnesota Summer Engagement | Riley + Rachel

This Minnesota summer engagement session at Lakefront Park in Prior Lake felt like a dream! Riley and Rachel’s love story is the cutest thing. They had known about each other for a while because they went to the same school and also because Riley was friends with Rachel’s older brother. They didn’t really talk all that much, until one day they got each other’s Snapchat and started getting to know each other. Rachel said after that the rest was history! When Rachel arrived at his house for their first date, Riley’s dad was waiting outside for her. She said his dad took her on a drive around the block and handed her a Busch light. Riley had no idea his dad was planning on doing that and was embarrassed but now they laugh about it! Because of that, we incorporated Busch light into their session!😂🥰

Riley proposed during a photography session that Rachel had won at a silent auction. She had no clue he was going to propose and she was so surprised! Turns out Riley and Rachel’s mom had planned the whole thing out with the photographer. Rachel said it was such a magical day! I had a great time getting to know the two of them during their Minnesota summer engagement. They’re getting married in November at Woodhaven in Cannon Falls, Minnesota and I’m so excited to be there to capture it all!
