Tommy and Jade | October 9, 2021
I’ve been friends with Jade for years and even photographed her senior photos back in 2014! Plus, her maid of honor was my bride from last year and also a great friend I danced with in high school. Unfortunately, I was already booked for Tommy and Jade’s wedding so my associate photographer, Chloe, took great care of them for me. I had so much fun editing these photos and getting to experience Tommy and Jade’s special day through a lens!
Next Chapter Winery was the perfect backdrop for a beautiful fall-themed day! I love how Jade incorporated pumpkins and deep jewel tones into the decor. It looked so elegant and timeless! They also had cornhole and other outdoor games for their guests to enjoy during the reception, which is a great idea for any outdoor wedding! Overall, the day was so full of love and I’m so happy for Tommy and Jade!
How they met:
Bride: “We meet in the 6th grade. Tommy was “dating” my best friend, Marissa. We went to watch him play baseball one night and that was the first time we met. From there, we dated in 9th grade and he took me to his 1st high school homecoming dance that year. Our wedding date is Oct. 9, 2021, which is 10 years from the day we went to homecoming together.” (Ummmm so cute???)
What they love about each other:
Jade: “What I love about Tommy is how supportive he is. I never have a doubt about my goals and dreams because he always encourages me to chase them. Tommy also never fails to make me laugh. We can be fighting, or I will be mad at him and he still finds a way to make me smile. It can be quite frustrating, haha. I also love the love that Tommy has for me. He is not very open about feelings and emotions but he always finds a way to tell me how much I mean to him.”
Tommy: “She is caring and driven. She puts up with my crap. She is goofy.”
