Minnesota Summer Engagement Session | Connor + Kristina

I had such a fun time during Connor and Kristina’s Minnesota summer engagement session. They are the sweetest couple and the love they have for each other is so evident. It’s always so fun getting to talk to my couples about their wedding plans and hearing them gush about each other.

This session was extra fun because they brought their dog along and so he got to be in some of the photos! Their pup posed for me perfectly, and even smiled for some of the shots! It’s such an honor when couples choose me to capture these memories for them. Getting to be a part of such a special moment, means so much to me.

We met at the park during golden hour. What makes golden hour so magical is the warm and soft light from the sun. It’s not harsh so there are no squinty eyes or weird shadows. Just a perfect warm glow that makes every session that much better!! If you’ve been thinking about getting some new photos taken, I recommend scheduling them during golden hour, which is 1-2 hours before the sun sets!!
